They need the candidates who is having over all minimum 15 years experience, In ML/AI they have minimum 10 years experience.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 15+ years of experience in technology, with at least 10 within ML/AI.
A strong background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and natural language processing.
Deep understanding of Neural networks and how they work.
Strong understanding of Architectures like CNN, RNN.
Experience with transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, GPT, T5, Llama).
Deep understanding of Pre-training process.
Knowledge of the LLM ecosystem.
Solid understanding of math, statistics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
Proficiency in Python and relevant Machine Learning libraries (e.g., Transformer, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and distributed computing.
Experience with lots of POCs and R&D work for potential use cases within Customer complaints, customer sentiment, risk calculation, to name a few of potential use cases.
Nice to Have: Banking Industry experience.
