Job Title Senior IT Application System Architect
Location Wilmington, DE Hybrid
Duration 12 Month Contract
W2 and C2C will Work

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):
Demonstrated knowledge of EA Frameworks, Methodologies, and Bodies of Knowledge TOGAF, Business Architecture Guild (BizBok) and DAMA (DMBok) a plus.
Well-grounded in state-of-the-art principles of architectural modeling, event-driven architecture, enterprise information management, and software design and development.
Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of large-scale Rail Transportation system modernization in an enterprise setting.
Broad IT experience in technologies ranging from IBM Mainframe & TPF to Java and Spring-based microservices in event-driven system architectures.
Demonstrated success at delivering solutions that solve multi-domain business problems.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Requires fifteen+ years of experience in multiple IT areas and ten+ years of relevant technology architecture experience.
Experience defining and implementing solutions for rail transportation companies is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5 years+ knowledge of and practicing experience with SAFe.
