Job Details

We are looking for talented technicians to support full-scale satellite production. Key Job Responsibilities

  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures

  • Assemble and test an assortment of avionic and electromechanical assemblies with attention to detail, including handling and installing fiber optics and related hardware

  • Support preventative maintenance activities on test equipment and data acquisition systems

  • Participate in process improvements and maintain floor stock inventory

  • Independently execute and prioritize work to meet production deliverables

  • Execute test procedures for component and system-level testing and maintenance


Additional Requirements

  • Willing to work all shifts (days, evenings, staggered shifts), overtime, and weekends as needed

  • Estimated shift times:

    • 1st shift: 6:00 AM 4:30 PM

    • 2nd shift: 5:00 PM 3:30 AM

  • Shifts are 4 x 10-hour days (either Sun Wed or Wed Sat), depending on program needs


  • Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.

    The starting pay for this role in Washington State is up to $26.00/hour, with eligibility for incremental raises based on tenure. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits are provided. This information is shared in accordance with the Washington State Pay Transparency Act.     Basic Qualifications

    • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

    • 1+ years of experience working with your hands (e.g., kitchen, back-of-house roles, mechanics, or general assembly)

    • 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1+ years of hands-on experience using precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices (e.g., automated/manual torque wrenches, torque drivers, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multimeters), as well as standard hand tools

    • Experience working with FOD and ESD-sensitive hardware and clean room requirements

    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    • Prior military service is a plus
