We are hiring a Senior Java Developer with hands-on experience with leading, architecture, design, and the following technologies: Java, Spring Boot, AWS, OpenShift, and Relational Databases.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Build and deploy microservices using Spring Boot and containerize them with OpenShift.
- Integrate applications with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and container orchestration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Proven experience with AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
