Job Details

Inspiration Global is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support large-scale enterprise integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Gainsight, Databricks, and SnapLogic, with a solid Microsoft Azure technical background.

You ll act as the bridge between business and technology teams gathering requirements, designing integration workflows, and driving the successful delivery of data and CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business and technical requirement sessions with stakeholders.
  • Analyze, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Work hands-on with Gainsight for customer success platform integrations.
  • Support integration development across Databricks and SnapLogic pipelines.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable Azure-based solutions.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and end-to-end UAT for system integrations.
  • Provide analytical insights and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Strong Gainsight expertise (customer success workflows, data modeling, dashboards).
  • Proven integration experience using Databricks and SnapLogic.
  • Background in Microsoft technologies and Azure ecosystem.
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid team environment (3 days onsite in San Jose).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS / Customer Success domain.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or data analytics tools.
