Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid Setting)
Client Industry: Financial Services
Key Skills: API, SQL Query, JIRA, Financial Services/banking background
- Analysis of business processes requirements, improvement areas and solutions implementation support.
- Review business processes and optimization of business strategies and IT automation.
- Participate and perform in requirements analysis.
- Documenting and Conducting meetings, presentations to share ideas and findings..
- Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Critical information gathering from various stakeholders and drafting a business solution.
- Participating in user acceptance testing and ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements, monitoring performance..
- Defining and implementation of guidelines and standards
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Deliverables monitoring and timely completion of project as overall.
- Technology awareness and IT advancements knowledge to automate and modernize systems.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring boot, Messaging Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure design and analysis, Front end technologies like ReactJs, AngularJs.
- Banking domain knowledge.
Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $60.00/hour-$65.00/hour.
