Job Title : Crestron Audio Visual Systems Integration Consultant
Location : Onsite in Claremont, CA
Duration : 3+ month contract

Job description-:

We're looking for an exceptionally skilled and innovative Audio-Visual Systems Integration Consultant for contract assignment. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives on tackling complex challenges in cutting-edge audio-visual and control systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Audio-Visual technology, a passion for custom programming, and a proven track record of designing, implementing and maintaining scalable, flexible solutions for high-profile environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the service, support, and integration of complex control and AV systems, ensuring optimal performance and seamless user experience.
  • Architect and program custom control solutions using Crestron 2, 3, and 4 Series systems, Crestron DM-MD, and DM-NVX, among other platforms.
  • Integrate a wide array of professional audio, video, and lighting equipment, including:
  • DSPs
  • AV Routers
  • Lighting Control
  • Audio Systems
  • Infrastructure
  • Develop innovative, dynamic, and scalable programming solutions, minimizing the need for constant code rewrites and maximizing system stability and adaptability.
  • Implement dynamic programming techniques that allow for user-driven selection of equipment, IP addresses, connection types, and command strings directly from the user interface.
  • Conduct thorough acceptance testing and provide comprehensive documentation and end-user training.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a Systems Integrator, or similar role within a demanding audio-visual environment.
  • Crestron certification is required.
  • Proven expertise in Crestron programming (SIMPL Windows, SIMPL# Pro) and control system design.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and IP-based AV systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to custom code and create dynamic, flexible, and modular solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking, with an ability to finding optimal solutions.
  • Highly customer service oriented, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in AV integration.
