Currently Kellton Tech is looking for talented resources for one of our listed client. Below are the position details:
Position Title: Organizational Change Management Analyst/Readiness Liaison
Worksite Address: Boston, MA 02108 (Remote with travel)
Duration: 12+ Months (Contract)
This role is focused on organizational readiness, change communication, and process adoption not technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach agency staff through business and process changes.
- Support user training, communications, and system access.
- Assess technical and operational readiness across agencies.
- Partner across business and technical teams to ensure smooth go-live.
Ideal Candidate:
3 5+ years in organizational change management
Strong communication, facilitation & stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with financial operations in the public sector (a plus)
Ability to drive adoption of new enterprise systems
Highly organized and proactive team player
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in large organizations undergoing IT/business transformation
- Proficiency with MS Office & Visio
Preferred:
- Knowledge of public sector finance functions (e.g., grants, procurement, GAAP reporting)
