Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm (Can vary due to on-call nature)
Job Title: Property Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure residential and/or commercial properties remain in excellent condition. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance.

- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license
