Job Title: Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Developer

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Sales Developer to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales CRM platform, which serves over 35 television stations nationwide. This platform is critical to our advertising sales organization, enabling end-to-end sales cycle management-from lead generation to deal closure. As part of our growing Power Platform team, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Dynamics 365 Sales, leading the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of this mission-critical system.
In this hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, you'll work hands-on with product managers, end users, and technical stakeholders to drive innovation, resolve issues, and scale the platform as the business grows. You'll be responsible for building and refining model-driven apps, optimizing automation with Power Automate, and enforcing best practices for security, ALM, and CI/CD using Power Platform Pipelines and Azure DevOps.
You'll also play a key role in transitioning support from external partners to our internal team by June, helping define our long-term architecture, processes, and roadmap. Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain model-driven apps and Power Automate flows.
Support and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales implementation, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Partner with Product Management to implement new features and improve user experience.
Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Power Platform Pipelines.
Configure and manage security roles, access, and permissions.
Develop custom components using plugins and workflows as needed.
Maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, deployment guides, etc.).
Provide platform support, bug fixing, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners during transition.
Stay current with Microsoft roadmap and platform best practices.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Platform.
Expertise in model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and ALM/CI-CD practices.
Hands-on experience with Power Platform Pipelines and secure solution architecture.
Strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM enhancements and support.
Experience configuring roles, permissions, and security models.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Agile or product-focused development background.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400, MB-210).
Experience with Azure DevOps for pipeline management and source control.
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Marketing, or Field Service.
Integration experience using APIs and custom connectors.
