Job Details

Title: Event Project Manager
Location: Remote - ideal if the person is willing to attend "some" of the onsite events (all across the US) but not required and not always (expenses paid, of course)
Duration: 12 Months(extendable)

Job Type: Part-Time - estimate about 30 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Part-Time Event Project Manager to support the planning and execution of events that align with our brand and business goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing details, and can work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage events from concept through execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, task lists, and budgets.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Assist with venue selection, contract negotiation, and vendor sourcing.
  • Oversee event registration, guest communications, and post-event feedback collection.
  • Ensure all events comply with safety, legal, and brand standards.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, execution, and breakdown (as needed).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in event planning tools (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Jira).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with virtual or hybrid event platforms.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and cost tracking.
  • Creative problem-solving and adaptability.
