Job Details

Key Qualifications:

  • Significant experience with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs)
  • In-depth knowledge of ERISA and IRS compliance for 401(k) plans and ESOPs
  • Experience negotiating and drafting executive employment agreements and incentive compensation plans for both employers and executives
  • Familiarity with employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions, including ERISA-related due diligence and agreement review
  • Ability to advise clients on compliance with Internal Revenue Code Sections 280G and 409A
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Exceptional work ethic, strong attention to detail, and high level of initiative
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills

Candidates must be a member of the bar or able to waive into the state where they will be practicing in
