Join a dynamic team as an HR Project Manager, where you'll lead impactful talent initiatives and drive the success of a manager training program and a next-gen Learning Experience Platform. Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of a manager training program by coordinating with various teams and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Manage project plans, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure the smooth execution of training initiatives.
  • Oversee the implementation of a modern Learning Experience Platform, collaborating with IT and external vendors.
  • Ensure successful integration with existing systems and manage content migration plans.
  • Drive change management and communication efforts to enhance adoption and engagement.

Skills

  • Proven project management experience, particularly in HR or learning and development initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and aligned.
  • Experience working with digital platforms and enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with learning platforms or digital HR technology implementation.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
