Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout of a manager training program by coordinating with various teams and vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Manage project plans, schedules, and risk assessments to ensure the smooth execution of training initiatives.
- Oversee the implementation of a modern Learning Experience Platform, collaborating with IT and external vendors.
- Ensure successful integration with existing systems and manage content migration plans.
- Drive change management and communication efforts to enhance adoption and engagement.
Skills
- Proven project management experience, particularly in HR or learning and development initiatives.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and aligned.
- Experience working with digital platforms and enterprise systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with learning platforms or digital HR technology implementation.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
