Responsibilities Lead, support, and manage multiple engineering teams across all phases of design, development, and deployment for software products and services. Maintain services to meet service-level-agreements (SLAs) or service-level-objectives (SLOs) by measuring and monitoring availability, performance, and overall system health. Guide teams in improving internal and external procedures and protocols to identify and remedy issues, better efficiency and performance, and diligently monitor deliverables. Provide technical guidance to team members and enhance technical capabilities. Introduce new techniques and methods to improve team productivity. Help solve engineering problems and contribute to creative solutions. Make a reasonable working plan for the team to achieve the goals of better quality. Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Data Science, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Data Science, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timelines, and status documents; Designing and automating the end-to-end DevOps ecosystem, including the SDLC from inception to design, deployment, operation, and refinement; Developing CI/CD tools in Python and writing automation Bash Shell scripts; Applying data visualizations to develop strategy and leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to drive business growth; and Identifying, recording, resolving, and documenting software bugs, including tracking bugs and test metrics. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $388918 - $438000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
