Marketing Accounting Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the financial aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget forecasts, expense tracking, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and reconcile marketing expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the marketing team in securing funding for new initiatives by presenting financial data and justifying budget requests.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a marketing or business context.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing financial metrics and KPIs.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
- A proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities and improving financial efficiency.
