Role - Project Coordinator

Location - Bethesda, MD

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination Support & & Stakeholder

• Strong understanding of end to end GPNS process
• Partner with Corporate and Field services and IT teams to develop GPNS project plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource assignments (e.g., network equipment, Field services).
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and coordinate ongoing project sync-ups with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, hotel staff, corporate).
• Provide regular updates and escalate risks or roadblocks to the Project Manager and leadership. Assist with post-implementation audits to confirm system performance, compliance, and label with standards.

Compliance Implementation

• Ensure properties meet GPNS compliance criteria—bandwidth thresholds, equipment standards, approval tiers (basic, enhanced, fully converged).
• Track and verify correct installation of access points, cabling (Ethernet, fiber, coax), and back-of-house network systems.

Vendor Management

• Identify and liaise with approved, GPNS-certified vendors
• Oversee vendor coordination for device deployment, configurations, testing.

Manage Budget & Documentation Management: Maintain budgets, track expenses, handle purchase orders, and monitor procurement processes.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
