Job Details

The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end execution of a legal entity creation initiative spanning multiple international markets. This strategic role supports program Pegasus, ensuring compliance, operational readiness, and seamless integration with global business services (GBS) and supply chain functions.

  • Candidates must be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • SAP experience is a must - ideally someone that has the legal entity experience outlined in the requirement.
  • We can also consider SAP project managers that have a finance background or possibly even a strong data background.
  • Will be supporting legal entity roll-outs to Latin America.

Role: Project Manager - Legal Entity Set-Up

Start Date: ASAP - End Date: June 30th, 2026

Duration: 8-9 Months

Location: San Juan, Costa Rica- Remote / Near-Shore

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to establish new legal entities in alignment with corporate governance and local regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with GBS, Finance, Tax, HR, Legal and Supply Chain stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and process alignment.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across diverse geographies.
  • Ensure SAP R/3 systems are configured and integrated appropriately to support new entity operations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and reporting to senior leadership.
