Are you a licensed attorney with a passion for eDiscovery and proven experience in Relativity? One of our leading clients is looking for a motivated Team Lead to join a growing team and oversee high-stakes document review projects.
About the Role
As a Team Lead, you will:
- Manage and mentor review teams to ensure high-quality, efficient document review and quality control (QC).
- Utilize Relativity (preferably RelOne) to manage workflows, assign tasks, and oversee analytics.
- Perform advanced document review and lead QC processes to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Contribute to best practices, workflows, and review protocols to drive continuous improvement.
What We re Looking For
- Licensed Attorney in good standing (U.S. jurisdiction).
- Extensive document review experience, including first-level review, second-level review, and QC.
- Hands-on expertise in Relativity, with a preference for RelOne experience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising review teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
