Job Description:
Discover an exciting career opportunity with a leading producer of forest products. Their diverse portfolio includes engineered wood products, lumber, softwood plywood, composite materials, hardwood and thermally fused laminate panels, wood-fuel pellets, and various other value-added products.
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for supervising operations at the Plywood Plant and overseeing teams of Millwrights, Load Techs, and Mechanical Coordinators.
Core Fundamentals:
- Experience utilizing blue prints, P&ID schematics, etc to troubleshoot machinery.
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatic, electric, power transmission, etc and lead predictive/preventative maintenance.
- Anticipate, formulate, and oversee the maintenance budget.
- Back all corporate safety initiatives, crafting SOPs, identifying and mitigating hazards, and enforcing adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
This is a full time opportunity in El Dorado, AR that provides a competitive base salary, bonus, and relocation package(in case of relocation).
