Our client is seeking a Website & Content Operations Specialist! One of our amazing clients is seeking immediate support while a key team member is out on leave for the next four months. Job Title: Website & Content Operations Specialist
Location: Remote
Contract Length: 4 Months
Pay: $50–$55/hour (W2)
Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Website and Content Specialist to support the seamless execution of online events, video content, and website functionality. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally, thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, and is open to learning emerging technologies like AI and Microsoft Co-Pilot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the company website and digital platforms are functioning optimally.
- Manage and facilitate webinars and virtual events using tools like MS Teams and Zoom.
- Edit and archive video content to support communications and marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute online campaigns and events.
- Maintain and manage internal documentation on platforms like Confluence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for communication, planning, and reporting.
- Engage in learning and adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot (training provided)

Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing online communities, including providing quick, professional responses to user inquiries, fostering engagement, and maintaining a respectful and supportive environment.
- Experience with video editing and digital content archiving.
- Proficiency in virtual event platforms (MS Teams, Zoom).
- Familiarity with Confluence and Salesforce is a huge plus.
- Experience with Khoros Aurora platforms (training available).
- Understanding of security practices in digital environments is a significant plus.
