Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid Onsite) (Locals Preferred)

Job Description:

  • 10+ years of ServiceNow Development experience with implementation, administration, configuration.
  • Must have hands on standard CSM (preferrable) or ITSM process implementation.
  • ServiceNow in depth Process knowledge (CSM Process, integrations etc.).
  • Experience in ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, REST, email, MID Server, etc. )
  • Experience in Knowledge management, User criteria, ACL.
  • Good understanding on Proactive customer service operations, live chat, Agent workspace, Virtual agent.
  • Expert in creating the complex custom report, db views and PA.
  • Expert on front end and portal development with an significative experience: complex widgets/pages development, HTML, CSS, Angular Js, client and server side.
  • Experience in Service-Now customization: Client Scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules, workflows administration, transform maps, reports, and data imports.
  • Advanced understanding of ServiceNow administration concepts, and awareness of development best practices.
  • Designing, developing and deploying custom application on the ServiceNow.
  • Incorporate the coding standard and best practice in the implementation.
  • Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
  • Build service catalogs, categories, catalog item, record producer using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service.
  • Must have good knowledge on creating all kind of client & server sides scripts (all aspects to achieve required business outcomes).
  • Load, manipulate and maintain data using data import set, transform map and transform script.
  • Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
  • Assist in new feature development including custom applications.
  • Assist in platform upgrades / cloning activities.
  • Assist in moving the update set to higher env and support during the prod deployment.
  • Experience working in an agile environment utilizing Story/Defect methodology including writing agile stories for ServiceNow development and testing.
  • Good communications skills, capacity to analyze requirement and demonstrate the achieved work.
