Location: Austin Texas - Hybrid schedule - 3 Days Onsite and 2 Days Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract on W2

Job Description:

Looking with Data Management Services . The contractor(s) shall efforts to prepare for transition from identified legacy systems into a new system. The Worker will work with data teams and programs to conduct data analysis and remediation activities. Services include but are not limited to conducting data quality analysis on system data, identifying data anomalies in systems, guiding data remediation/cleansing activities, and providing progress reports.

These efforts are expected to result in a robust, secure, and efficient data foundation that will support case management and decision-making processes within the child welfare and adult protection programs. The data analysis and remediation activities shall also align with compliance with federal and state regulations and its goal of providing uninterrupted services to the children and families it serves.

The Data Analyst assesses data quality by profiling, analysis and identification of data issues. Provides insights into the data health and support cleanup strategies. Design and implement data quality rules and processes. Ensures that cleansed data meets quality standards and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data profiling to uncover data issues and translate to cleansing tasks.
• Design and automate processes to identify and validate data issues in collaboration with SMEs.
• Design and automate monitoring of ongoing data quality and cleanup activity.
• Generate data quality assessment and weekly statistical reports.
• Conduct root cause analysis for data anomalies.
• Define data quality rules and cleansing strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of data catalog, IDMC, CDI, CDQ, Informatica MDM, Reference data management.
• Data Profiling skills, especially using Informatica IDQ (on-prem as well CDQ: cloud data quality).
• Data Cleansing skills, especially using Informatica IDMC toolkit (that covers both on-prem as well as cloud-based data stores and databases).
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision; ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and directional changes under short and firm deadlines.
• Experience in Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, trouble shotting and problem-solving skills in data related projects.
• Advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate with SMEs to validate data issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• Experience with child welfare case management systems and Data domain surrounding child welfare case management systems.
