Job Details

Role: OMS Solution Architect
Location: United States (Remote)

Must-Have Requirements

  • 12–15 years of overall IT experience, with 5–10 years in OMS architecture
  • Minimum 2+ IBM Sterling OMS implementations for large retail clients
  • Strong experience in retail commerce and omnichannel order management
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • IBM Sterling OMS (Container version)
    • IBM Sterling Intelligent Promising
    • Java, XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP services
    • Spring Boot microservices
    • Azure cloud platform
    • Kafka, Cassandra, Elastic/ELK, CI/CD pipelines

Key Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end OMS architecture using IBM Sterling OMS suite
  • Design integrations with ERP, WMS, CRM, planning, and e-commerce platforms
  • Lead solution design reviews, technical workshops, and implementation phases
  • Provide technical leadership across development, testing, UAT, and production
  • Ensure system scalability, performance, security, and monitoring
  • Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders to align solutions with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • IBM Sterling or Azure certifications
  • Experience leading large teams (10–30 members)
  • Exposure to global OMS transformation programs
