Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Proven project/test management experience with a strong background in Retail, Digital, and QSR testing domains.
Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills with strong project planning, urgency, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage and drive multiple teams across simultaneous initiatives with competing priorities.
Strong understanding of customer technology landscapes, system integrations, and business processes.
Deep knowledge of products and solution stacks to ensure quality-focused deliveries.
Lead and drive quality initiatives by collaborating with COEs, Product Owners, and Testing teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Define and analyze Test Strategy, delivery models, and solutions; identify process gaps and implement industry best practices.
Promote optimization through automation, productivity improvements, and lab optimization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience with Project Management, Test Automation Tools, and Test Management Tools (e.g., JIRA).
