Job Details
- Active Conga CLM Certification or any other CONGA CERTS
- Hands-on expertise specifically in Conga CLM configuration (not development, solution architecture, or CPQ configuration alone).
- Simplify workflows, update UI/label references, and configure additional field linking and relationships.
- Experience supporting AI/ML/Generative AI model integration within Conga platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DocuSign integration issues, particularly with partially executed agreements.
- Execute out-of-the-box configuration enhancements within Conga CLM (no custom development).
- Strong experience with DocuSign integration troubleshooting within Conga CLM.
- Prior experience supporting Conga CLM upgrades or enhancement projects.
- Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal oversight.
- Exposure to projects deprecating CPQ in favor of simplified contracting workflows.
- Assist in preparing the CLM platform for integration with a Generative AI model for contract analysis and data extraction.
