Sr. Testing Lead with HP ALM (Only W2)

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• The Testing Lead will be responsible for overseeing the testing strategy, resource allocation, and team management for various testing roles including automation testers, functional testers, and CAT testers. The Testing Lead will work closely with the Environment Management Team and SCRUM teams to identify appropriate test environments per release. The test lead will also work cross functionally to ensure that the testing requirements are achieved when project integrations are necessary.

Required Skills:

• Experience in creating clear test plans and scenarios using HP ALM or similar tools
• Proficiency in manual testing with knowledge of when to incorporate automated testing
• Ability to build and utilize Test Automation scripts and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, UFT)
• Understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Version One or other work management tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in testing environment
• Experience testing in cloud environments, Google Cloud Platform or Azure preferred
• Knowledge of SQL for querying databases
• Familiarity with postman for Web services testing
• Understanding of SDLC and application lifecycle

• Ability to cross train and mentor the testing team, including other vendors and USPS resources
• Responsible for Chaos and HA testing
