Location: MN-Maplewood, 3-4 days onsite

Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.

Responsibilities:

Contract Analysis and Interpretation:

Review and interpret software and hardware contracts to ensure compliance with terms and entitlements

Translate contract terms into actionable data for loading into an asset management tool (like Flexera One to track Contract Entitlements)

Licensing Management:

Differentiate between SaaS, perpetual, and subscription-based licensing models

Ensure accurate tracking and management of software licenses

Procurement Process:

Create and manage SAP SRM Shopping Carts for the procurement of IT hardware and software

Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with subject matter experts to gather and document requirements for IT purchases

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve contract and procurement issues

Data Management and Reporting:

Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and report on contract and procurement data

Maintain accurate records of all contract and procurement activities

Power BI skills are a plus

Queue Management:

Organize and prioritize request queues for IT hardware and software purchases

Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of purchase requests

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Substantial experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Proven experience in contract analysis and procurement within an IT environment

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP SRM

Strong understanding of software licensing models, including SaaS, perpetual, and subscription-based

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
