Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives involving Salesforce CRM and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and Agile methodologies. This role requires excellent communication skills, certification in business analysis, and hands-on experience with enterprise project tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

  • Perform requirements analysis and document functional/non-functional specifications.

  • Develop test plans, coordinate test execution, and ensure defect tracking/resolution.

  • Use Azure DevOps for managing projects, work items, and progress tracking.

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.

  • Work with Salesforce CRM users to capture needs, configure solutions, and enhance system functionality.

  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to established SDLC processes and organizational standards.

  • Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Maintain clear documentation and communication between business and technical teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in Software Development Life Cycle activities, including requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and execution.

  • 1+ years experience with Azure DevOps for project tracking and work item management.

  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce CRM.

  • IIBA Certification (Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP, or equivalent).

  • Scrum/Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).

  • Experience in Agile environments and hybrid project delivery models.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce customization, reporting, and user training.
