Our enterprise finanical client has an opening for an experienced Desktop Support Professional to provide IT troubleshooting in the corporate office and remote locations.
20% to 25% travel required
location: Edison, New Jersey

salary: $31 - 34 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Associates
responsibilities:
Job Duties - Primarily support workstation systems hardware and software issues
Support iPhone/iPad and Android devices
Physically move desktop technology from one office to another
Track assets with inventory software
Provide support for audio/video conferences
Install/maintain/troubleshoot both local and network printers
Contribute/share knowledge with the Team
Strictly follow procedures
White-glove support
qualifications:
1. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
2. Quick learner and ability to learn independently
3. Disciplined self-starter
4. Organzied team player
5. Excelle communication and organizational skills
Bachelor degree preferred but not required
