Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Capital Markets and GoldenSource to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in financial instruments and data management, along with a solid track record of working with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and implement solutions using GoldenSource.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business users, product owners, and technology teams to gather and document requirements for Capital Markets data initiatives.
• Analyze and map data flows and transformations across systems, with a focus on security reference data and market data.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in GoldenSource, including data model, integration, and configuration.
• Support the implementation and customization of GoldenSource to meet business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and data quality enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain.
• Hands-on experience with GoldenSource data management platform.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives), market data, and reference data.
• Experience with data management, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with major investment banks, asset management firms, or financial data vendors.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements like MiFID II, Basel, or SFTR.
• Exposure to other data platforms (Markit EDM, Bloomberg, etc.) is a plus.
