We are seeking a Quality Engineering Analyst to support ongoing QE operations, with a focus on test management administration, automation framework support, and coordination around a major SaaS divestiture project. This is a mid-level, hands-on support role ideal for someone with strong testing experience, solid automation fundamentals, and familiarity with pipelines and tooling in a collaborative engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a senior advisor for tooling decisions, process improvement, and automation strategy.
- Represent QE in planning sessions with senior engineers, DevOps, and vendors.
- Automation Oversight & Support
- Maintain and support existing automation frameworks (JavaScript; C# exposure helpful but not required).
- Validate automation functionality and integration across CI/CD pipelines as systems are transitioned to new SaaS instances.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test automation and environment issues throughout the divestiture process.
- Tooling & Pipeline Coordination
- Support the setup and administration of SaaS-based test management tools (e.g., QMetry or similar).
- Work with pipeline teams (Azure DevOps, Harness) to ensure seamless automation execution without needing to build pipelines directly.
- Help validate data migration integrity and system readiness in partnership with vendors and internal teams.
- Innovation & R&D (Optional)
- Contribute to exploratory work around AI-driven testing or metrics frameworks, as time and focus allow.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, QA/QE, or test automation, including:
- 2+ years supporting or maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Strong JavaScript development skills; C# familiarity is a plus but not essential.
- Deep understanding of QE processes, including test strategy, tooling, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience with SaaS test management tools (e.g., QMetry or similar platforms).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Harness) and how automation interacts with them.
- Prior experience supporting automation through platform transitions, SaaS migrations, or divestiture projects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Playwright, Selenium, or other automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with Docker or containerized test environments.
- Interest in AI-enhanced testing or automation intelligence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
