RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Raleigh, NC that is seeking a skilled QA Analyst Tester with strong domain expertise in Loan systems to join a dynamic IT team within a financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately to testing efforts focused on loan processing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* QA Analyst Tester will design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for loan-related applications
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
* Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools
* As a QA Analyst Tester, you will participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Provide feedback and recommendations to improve application quality and performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a QA Analyst or Tester in the Loans domain
* Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes and related systems
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with ALS (Systematics) or similar loan servicing platforms
* Familiarity with financial services or banking IT environments
* Exposure to Hogan systems is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
