Job Title: Salesforce Techno-Functional Architect
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Duration: Long-term Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Architect to join our team onsite in Houston, TX. This role requires a dynamic professional who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, with hands-on experience in Salesforce platform architecture, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, covering both functional and technical aspects.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Design and develop integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Define and enforce standards, tools, and methodologies for Salesforce delivery.
- Conduct impact assessments and develop technical architecture documentation.
- Participate in governance processes and solution reviews.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance.
- Lead data migration, release planning, and deployment efforts.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 7+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
- Experience with OmniStudio, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and custom metadata/configuration.
- Strong understanding of CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Vlocity (preferred).
- Experience in data modeling, integration patterns, and API design.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong functional knowledge of CRM business processes like lead management, opportunity pipeline, case management, etc.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD best practices.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect) are a strong plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Eduation & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Application or System Architect (preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
