Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications with a focus on Kronos API integration.
- UKG Boomi expereince
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and optimize Kronos API integrations to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to software development and Kronos systems.
- Document software designs, processes, and procedures for future reference.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Kronos API Integration.
- Boomi experience mandate
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
