RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager III in San Diego, CA. This role can be 100% remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
* Product Manager III will handle many of the product management duties involved in getting a product from the concept stage to the production stage; Work to maximize product by foreseeing customer and market demands and driving adoption
* Typically, in charge of ensuring that best practices are followed, goals are met, and projects and related operations are conducted effectively; Serves as a liaison between stakeholders and the development/implementation teams
* Must balance the roadmap between leadership stakeholders and user needs
* As a Product Manager III, you will define and document product requirements and roadmaps for execution and sales
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for every stage of product development
* Product Management execution - Identifying sub-segments of customers, writing Product Requirements Documents, creating presentation decks to share out with leadership and working closely with Engineering with good eye for design
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have 3-5 years or more experience as a Product Manager building products, platforms, or internal tools in Data Analytics space; Data Science is ok
* 3-5 years or more as a Data Analytics Product Manager - either internal tools aka inside company or external consumer facing products are fine
* Must be able to communicate effectively, analyze data from numerous inputs, and provide direction and guidance to engineering, design teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
