Position: Systems Integration Engineer
Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid Model)

Job Description:
- We re currently seeking a Systems Integration engineer to support System Integrator activities on the Engine Control Upgrade program, specifically for the F135 aircraft.
- This role includes requirements management, analysis, coordination, and verification and validation activities.
Required Skills:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in System integration processes/activities.
- 5 to 10 years of experience working with Door s requirement management tool.
- 5 to 10 years of Hydro Mechanical experience.
- 5 to 10 years of heat exchanger experience.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in fuel systems.
Job Requirements:
- Receive CSRD & Initial Review.
- Doors Requirements Assessment.
- Review Actions and Updates with the client.
- DRD Updates.
- DRD Peer Review.
- Desired Skills & Experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Job Duties:
- Creation of Functional and Physical Architectures.
- Operation Descriptions or Models.
- Execution and Documentation of the Decision Analysis and Resolution process.
- System integration requirements management process using the DOORS tool, including: Compliance Evaluation & Reporting, Requirements Change Management, and Requirements Risk Assessment.
- Writing and Modifying Design Requirements Documents (DRD).
- Requirements Allocation, Decomposition, and Derivation.
- Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Interface Definition and Documentation (ICD).
- Generation of Compliance, Verification, and Traceability Matrices.
- Verification and Validation Test Planning and Execution.
- Creating and presenting a review presentation.
- Integration of engine control systems components and subsystems, including electronic engine controls (FADEC), electro-mechanical interface devices, sensors, actuation components, heat exchangers, valves, fuel pumps, and fuel controls.
- Review engine parameter data, support investigations through Root Cause Corrective Action activity, isolate issues to the component level, and disposition to the responsible Integrated Project Team (IPT).
