Job Details

Responsibilities
- Manage and update project trackers and schedules to keep everything on track.
- Organize meetings, take detailed notes, and outline action items for follow-up.
- Gather updates from development and QA teams to ensure cohesive communication.
- Support weekly status reports and facilitate release preparations.
- Identify and log issues, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalation when necessary.
Skills
- Exceptional communication skills for effective liaison across teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools like Teams and Jira to streamline project management.
- Experience in project coordination or PMO, demonstrating a solid understanding of project management principles.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cross-functional environments to enhance collaboration across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with API, cloud, or modernization projects to add value to technical initiatives.
