Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, debug, support, maintain and test software applications that support business units or supporting functions
- Involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools
- Participate in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies
- Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives
- Serve as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource
- Lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations
- Collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software applications
- Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities
- Work under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience
- Java 1.8/J2EE
- JBOSS
- Spring
- Hibernate/Mybatis
- JDG /Redis
- MQ/KAFKA
- Webservices (SOAP/Rest with Json)
- PL/SQL (Oracle 19c)
- Java Design Patterns
- Enterprise Integration Patterns
- Service Oriented/Resource Oriented/ Microservices Architecture
- Transaction Management/Distributed Transactions
- Eclipse, Git
- Experience working with complex application development or maintenance, Agile or Iterative Waterfall projects
- Good understanding of Java, XML, JavaScript, Gherkin languages
- Able to work with Development and distributed teams
- Able to support parallel projects in a fast-paced working environment and able to work independently
- Experience with various software deliverable methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Experience in full testing SDLC, manual and automated
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify risks, and ensure defects are resolved
- Experience with APIs and web services testing
- Good communication skills, analytical mind for problem solving, willingness to learn and team-player attitude
