Hours & Pay
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st Shift Only)
Pay Rate: $17.75 - $21.25 per hour, based on experience and skill level
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire opportunity
What You'll Do
- Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of printed circuit boards.
- Use electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Conduct soldering on both surface mount and through-hole components with precision.
- Apply your skills in sanding, blasting, painting, coating, grinding, and polishing of metal products.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate effectively using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for reporting and collaboration.
- Be prepared to stand for up to 8 hours and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (testing required prior to interviews).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled in soldering and comfortable using a wide range of test equipment.
- Prior experience in sanding, blasting, painting, coating, and polishing preferred.
