Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement advanced data science models using Python and modern machine learning libraries.
• Apply deep knowledge of Generative AI techniques such as large language models (LLMs), transformers, and prompt engineering to solve complex business problems.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI models into real-world applications.
• Leverage NLP and Gen AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face) for building intelligent, human-like applications.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis to support AI model development.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in production environments.
• Stay current with emerging Gen AI trends and technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of overall experience in data science, analytics, or related roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python development with deep understanding of libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Proven, hands-on expertise in Generative AI, including building or deploying LLMs, fine-tuning models, and developing AI-powered applications.
• Experience with NLP techniques, model evaluation, and prompt optimization.
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools such as OpenAI API, LangChain, or Hugging Face Transformers is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
