Job Title - Application Systems Analyst/Programmer Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking an Application Systems Analyst/Programmer Senior to support enterprise systems, AV infrastructure, digital media, modern collaboration platforms, and custom applications. This role ensures mission-critical services, drives automation, and delivers secure, reliable, and accessible technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support AV infrastructure, webinars, live events, and digital media workflows.
- Administer and optimize SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and .NET applications.
- Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and automate workflows.
- Support DocuSign eSignature processes and integrate with internal systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, manage procurement activities, and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and documentation.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years supporting enterprise applications, AV systems, or collaboration platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and .NET (C#/ASP.NET).
- Knowledge of AV tools, webinars, digital media workflows, and content management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
