What you get to do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Optimize and manage AWS-based infrastructure, ensuring high performance and security.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC) best practices.
• Empower development teams by enhancing self-service capabilities for deployments, automation, and infrastructure management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engineering workflows, security, and automation.
• Lead initiatives focused on securing the software supply chain and improving developer productivity.
• Scale and optimize cloud environments, including CI tooling, self-hosted runners, and secrets management.

What you need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, with a strong focus on CI/CD.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services and DevOps tooling.
• Strong programming skills in both statically typed (e.g., Java) and dynamically typed (e.g., Python) languages.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and build tools (Maven, Gradle, NPM, Yarn, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Configuration as Code (CaC).
• Security-first mindset, with experience securing CI/CD pipelines and managing secrets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to share ideas and solutions beyond just technical teams.
