Job Summary
Manager of Cybersecurity Physical Controls will provide strategic oversight over the programs and services aligned with Physical Security & Facilities Management Technology, which enables the security of our patients and employees by establishing control and technology standards. They will oversee the operational support personnel & program of the enterprise technology solutions that are within the physical controls area. Key physical control solutions include Infant Security, Video Surveillance, Physical Access Control, Weapons Detection, Building Automation, Real-time location services, and Mass Alerting.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee a crossfunctional team of Analysts and Engineers that provide day-to-day operational physical control support, including 24/7/365 on-call rotation, as well as a portfolio of projects.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to Physical Controls, demonstrating progress and effectiveness to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and evangelize enterprise strategies, plans, and solutions in key areas of Physical Security Technology, such as Infant Security, Video Surveillance, Physical Access Control, Weapons Detection, Building Automation, Real-time location services, and Mass Alerting.
- Partner with organizational leaders to advise and work with clinical, business, and IT stakeholders on physical security & facility management technology direction, strategy and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to foster collaboration and enable strong operation, continuity & security practices.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders on cyber Physical Controls matters, including technology debt reduction, resource allocation, process automation, and investment priorities.
- Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, emerging technology, and industry best practices and incorporate this knowledge into the development of GRC strategies and capabilities.
- Oversee Vendor Engagement & National contract strategies within the Cybersecurity Physical Controls portfolio for cost reduction and streamlined solution & hardware delivery across the organization.

- Cybersecurity Leadership: Notable experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing effective Physical Security Technology strategies and programs.
- Strategic Planning: Strong strategic planning skills to develop long-term Physical Security Technology roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Technical Expertise: General understanding of relevant technologies, tools, and techniques across a range of domains.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of technical and business experience
- 8+ years Information Technology leadership experience
- 8+ Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels
- Experience building, leading and sustaining high performing teams
- Experience building and leading strategic programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
