Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced NLP Data Scientist to support a cutting-edge AI/ML initiative focused on analyzing and enhancing call center transcript data within the insurance domain. This role will involve building and optimizing NLP models to flag compliance issues, extract insights, and deliver automated coaching recommendations for customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance NLP models to analyze text and voice transcripts from call centers.
  • Apply machine learning techniques to automate quality assurance and flag compliance risks.
  • Use Python, SQL, and modern NLP tools (e.g., Transformers) to process and analyze large-scale text data.
  • Build scalable pipelines and automation tools for transcript evaluation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve agent coaching strategies through data insights.
  • Work with Sift queries for structured data interrogation (experience with Gridspace not required).

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience working with transformer-based models (e.g., BERT, RoBERTa).
  • Background in building ML models for text analytics or voice-to-text data.
  • Familiarity with automation and data quality validation workflows.
