Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide efficient and detail-oriented technical support to internal users, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and accurately. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize your technical expertise while contributing to the success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Deliver timely and effective technical support to internal staff, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Utilize troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical problems across various platforms, including Android, Apple devices, and Mac computers.
Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory, ensuring proper access control.
Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions thoroughly and accurately within designated systems.
Assist with the deployment and configuration of computer hardware and software across the organization.
Collaborate with team members to continually improve service desk operations and processes.
Provide support for Cisco and Citrix technologies, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
Maintain and update technical documentation to support consistent and reliable service delivery.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures during all support activities.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Android, Apple devices, and Mac computers.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory.
Familiarity with Cisco and Citrix platforms.
Solid understanding of computer hardware and software deployment processes.
Experience with configuration management tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
