Good programming fundamentals, OO design, multithreading, OS, etc.
Candidates with excellent coding skill w/ C & C++ & problem-solving skill.
These (including #1) should NOT be something that candidate did many years ago and forgot about them.
ie. If in the resume candidate states C/C++ in current job, they better able show this during the interview.
learn and pick up things quickly. Able to work independently and in a team.
Background in semiconductor or semiconductor equipment is a plus
Between 5-10 years of experience should be sufficient.
Less than 5 is also Ok if they have the quality above.
