Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong ForgeRock expertise to join our Financial Services client s team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of API integrations, systems analysis, database design, and security principles. This role requires exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

  • Analyze, design, and document systems, process flows, and data mapping related to ForgeRock implementations.

  • Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient API integrations.

  • Conduct database design reviews and recommend improvements aligned with security and compliance standards.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress updates, process flow diagrams, and functional requirements.

  • Oversee project management activities, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.

  • Ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to best practices in security and data governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock platform and associated tools.

  • Proven expertise in API development and integration.

  • Solid knowledge of systems analysis, database design, and security concepts.

  • Experience in process flow design and data mapping.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, track deliverables, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Financial services industry experience preferred.
