An established organization is seeking a motivated and personable Onsite IT Support Associate to be the face of IT at their local office. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving technical issues, and loves helping people this could be the opportunity for you!
< data-start="659" data-end="698"> Day-to-Day Responsibilities:</>Provide hands-on technical support to internal employees (on-site and remotely via chat).
Manage ticket queues (10 80 per day) via internal systems.
Oversee onboarding for new hires, including laptop provisioning and user setup.
Handle printer support, hardware replacements, and software installations.
Act as the go-to IT contact for the site approachable, resourceful, and customer-focused.
Must-Have Skills:
2+ years of IT experience (hardware/software/networking; laptop builds and printer troubleshooting).
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking concepts.
Clear, professional communication and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Skills:
VPN troubleshooting experience.
IT certifications or relevant degree (preferred, not required).
Familiarity with chat-based IT ticketing support.
Soft Skills:
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented.
Calm under pressure and able to represent IT in a positive light.
Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn during training
