SCOPE OF POSITION
The IT Support Specialist delivers compre-
hensive IT help desk and technical support
across OTA s global footprint.
Responsibilities span hardware, software,
network, cybersecurity, email systems, and
equipment logistics. Duties may include
but are not limited to:
Hardware, software, and network sup-
port for global staff
Governance and information
assurance/cybersecurity to ensure com-
pliance with government-wide cyber-se-
curity directives and FISMA compliant
reporting, as well as enterprise initia-
tives like cyber hygiene scans and data
loss prevention
IT service delivery to include remote
technical support such as device trou-
bleshooting, patching, IT asset provi-
sioning, software/hardware mainte-
nance, Audio/Video equipment, trou-
bleshooting M365 and other software is-
sues, and managing IT inventory
Email support, including account cre-
ation, updates, deletions, and archiving
IT equipment support, maintenance, re-
pair, and replacement of IT assets
