Job Details

We're looking for an exceptional, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager (Logo Hunter) to join our rapidly growing team. If you thrive on acquiring net-new enterprise accounts and have the technical acumen to sell complex, platform-led IT infrastructure transformation services, this role is for you.

You will play a crucial role in driving our expansion by targeting and landing new clients in the North American markets, leveraging our deep expertise in AI-first, intelligent, and resilient infrastructure solutions.

What You'll Do: The Hunt & The Strategy

This is a hunting role focused on New Logo Acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the sales strategy to create and nurture demand. After demand creation, Microland provides robust support and capabilities to help you with solutioning, negotiation, and closure.

Goals will be based on demand creation and closure, with greater emphasis on demand creation.

  • Aggressive Hunting: Identify, target, and acquire net-new enterprise accounts using strategic outreach and networking.
  • Demand Creation: Proactively initiate conversations and create demand by articulating the tangible business value of modernizing legacy infrastructure.
  • Executive Engagement: Build and sustain deep, trust-based relationships with C-level executives (CIO, CTO) and senior IT decision-makers.

You must possess a deep, working knowledge of modern IT infrastructure to effectively understand complex client requirements, diagnose pain points, and uncover hidden opportunities in the market. You will leverage this expertise to:

  • Unearth Potential Opportunities by proactively networking and engaging with industry contacts to identify enterprises ripe for transformation.
  • Translate Client Needs into strategic, platform-led engagements across our core service portfolio:


Service Portfolio

  • Cloud & Data Center:
  • Large-scale cloud migration, cloud transformation, and managed services like CloudOps, Cloud FinOps, and Cloud Disaster Recovery.
  • Networks:
  • Driving adoption of next-gen solutions like Network as a Service (NaaS) and software-defined network modernization.
  • Digital Workplace:
  • Advising on solutions that enhance employee experience and ensure a secure, high-performance digital workspace.
  • Cybersecurity:
  • Selling infrastructure-focused services, including 24/7 managed security services via our SOCs, and security management for endpoints and devices.
  • Automated Ops (AIOps):
  • Positioning our proprietary Intelligeni AIOps platform for achieving resilient, autonomous technology operations.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of successful business development/sales experience in IT Services, with a proven history of consistently acquiring new logos in the infrastructure or managed services space.
  • In-depth technical and market knowledge across Cloud, Data Center, Networks, Digital Workplace, and IT Infrastructure Security.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas.
  • Exceptional ability to conduct consultative selling and lead proposal development for complex, multi-year engagements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the executive level.
  • Preferred: Master's degree or advanced certification.
